how do I replace my ford mondeo front disks?

I need to replace the front disks on my mondeo mk 2

to replace front brake disks jack the car up and take the wheel off. you then remove the brake caliper. remove the two spring clips that hold the disk in place. the disk will now come off. BUT! due to corrosion the disk will propably be stuck to the hub so brute force with a hammer and smack it off. good luck Alex D
