Ford fiesta heater speed switch?

Heater blower only works on setting 4 on my 2012 fiesta zetec

I have the same problem with my fiesta MK6.
Only blow on number 4 ... number 1 , 2 and3 is like off.

I found the 4 way connector had partially melted causing an intermittent contact. Cleaning and gentle bending of the contacts fixed it.

(The resistor pack is screwed to the heater inlet pipework - where the passengers right hand toes would kick - no need to remove any trim panels) -

yes. you have a elec plug on the left hand side of the heater in side the car by the pasingers feet if you wiggel it you will find it will work on all blower settings.

your fault is almost certainly the resistor pack mounted behind the trim in the passenger left hand footwell near the fuel cut off reset switch
