It is not the plastic housing but it is most likely to be the square chip that holds the panels / button pads behind the buttons. to fix it simply buy the specific broken part that is the Button Panel and reconnect it the way it had come. DO NOT open the sliding part unless you know what your'e doing buddy. Take care.....
