MFI extended warranty's are still being supported by the insurers, check with AIG Insurance 0191 256 1001 or Warranty Group 0870 849 9815. Just give them your name & postcode and they tell you if you are covered. Luckily, I am, for the next 5 years ...result.

i bought a fitted kitchen from mfi and 5 years insurance came with the kitchen i had everything intergrated and the kitchen wasnt all finished either i have tried to phone loads of different numbers and they all seem to be dead lines could any body help me with possible soloutions thank you

hi guys,
I bought a kitchen in MFI with extended warranty for my appliances. My hob has cracked and AIG will only pay out £215!! whereas my hob was worth around £700. They say it's because when I bought the whole kitchen, I paid one amount and the bill wasn't itemised - not proving how much the hob was worth. I read the print at the back and it confirms this, but this is not what was sold to me. Is this still legal? can I not fight this?

Thanks for the info Gerald, i've just called AIG and i am also covered, thought i may have had to buy a NEW integrated fridge freezer. Thanks Again.
