Mend Computer Keeps Freezing

my computer keeps freezing?

Each time I boot my pc either freezes before completing the boot or very soon after. No error messages come up and I have to hold the power button to get it to reboot again. I don't know what to do?

if you bought the pc new you should of got a recovery disc with it put the cd in the drive and it will sort it out
