Mend Compaq evo n610c Screen Operating System

Compaq evo n610c won't get off of compaq screen?

It just goes stright to the compaq screen where it says something about the operating system and f10= rom based setup but nothing happens when I press that. Does anyone know what is wrong with it and how to mend it
