what does central vehicle controllar light mean?

Could this fualt also can make the guages go down and up again?? Because I have a daf lf55 2010 model and it is doing like that when the fault come up but ita not permanent fault it comes on screen and it will go fast dont have time to read it properly but I noticed that the gauges will go down and up again

central vehicle controller usually comes on with faults on the VIC(vehicle intellegance center) check your fuses etc but the most common faults on LF45/55 are faulty windscreen washer motor.if they dont work this is most probably the fault.
