I had the same problem en I contacted scorpion. The solution fo my problem was after inserting new batteries;
1. Stand as close as possible to the car
2. Remove the remote control battery
3. Leave it out for a couple of minutes
4. Refit the battery the remote LED will light solid
5. Press the remote bigger button 2 or 3 times the alarm may start working again

alarm worked and car started turned car off now the fob for the alarm wont turn it on or off and the car wont start is there a way to reset it so can get my car started thank you
