Mend Austral 20 Leak Pin

leak from pivot pin on Austral 20?

my austral 20 swing keel pivot pin leaks a small amount of water into the bilge, the nuts holding the pin in place appear to only have a metal washer behind them, so i wonder what does seal the pin, which seems a good tight fit in the fibreglass case.(slot).can some one please help me.
