My phone crackles?

I have a cordless phone on the same line as my broadband, this phone has started to crackle really badly so I ordered a new phone as BT said there wasn't a fault on the line.
The problem still continued so I ordered a new ADSL transformer this appeared to fix the problem for about a week now the phone is crackling again.
