X reg ford focus 1.8 desiel having a problem getting in to gear when cold first thing in morning. Had new clutch 10,000 miles ago, has done 120,000 miles but running well, this problem does not happen when engine is warm. Fliud not low or leaking in master cylinder, any ideas.

sounds like your pilot bearing wasnt replaced when they did your clutch most fords use an oil impregnated bushing to support the input shaft, and when not replaced with the other components it is prone to failure
