hi, my alarm suffered a dead battery which I have replaced, but now it will not stop going off and will not let me key in my code at all. I have disconected the battery again as this is the only way I can stop it. the company who fitted it went out of business and I am desperate to resolve this. Any help would be brilliant thank you so much

Tricia, Your alarm is fitted with an NVM chip, its purpose is to retain information like your code without power. But over a period of years these no longer work, and the system will revert back to its factory code which is 1234
