The starter cord is hard to pull and recoils very slowly.?
I have a Mountfield RV150. The starter cord is hard to pull and recoils very slowly. It feels as though something is jamming and if I pulled too hard I think the cord would snap. Is this something that can be fixed easily? The mower is out of warranty and I don't want to spend loads of money on it.
