Mend Candy Fridge Freezer Frost Free Appliance

how can i fix fridge freezer?

i have a candy frost free fridge freezer not sure of model number , the fridge is now freezing all my food although i have it at the lowest setting,the freezer is also developing frost, could this be the themostat? if so can i replace this.
