Can our JVC-32920 TV be fixed - Top 2-3 inches faded? ?
Our JVC-32920 tv picture has an area 2-3 inches from he top that is "faded out". You can "see thru it", no color and has several horizontal lines across the whole picture. Though you can see through it, the picture is a little distorted. Can this be fixed?
