1996 dodge conversion van starts and run ok till ?

96 dodge conversion van starts and runs ok till it heats up and then loses all power like its not getting gas or is choking, diagnostic said throttle sensor and replaced it but that did not do it just bought it used and cant figure it out please help, last time it happened i drove home 5 mph.
