The dvd tray on my panosonic omni-vision dvd/vhs player is stuck in the ou?

The DVD tray in my Panosonic Omni-vision DVd/VHS is stuck in the "out" position. Any ideas on how to get it back in and working again. Taking it in for repair will cost more than a new machine . . . if a DVD/VHS combo is even available any longer. Thanks
