How can I fx my beco WMB81442S?

Hi I was wondering if you can help me. My machine will start a cycle and the go off after 2 mins. I have emptied the tube and reset where the lights were all flashing and my machine done a full cycle on hot with no clothes in. I have just tried to do another cycle with clothes in and it has gone back to the way it was previous and I can't reset now. Please help I don't want to pay for an engineer as can't afford to so need some help. Thanks
