I have reset the time on my oven after a power cut but it still won't get h?

It is a Neff oven. No idea of the model. Sorry

You didn't bother tom tell us the make and model, so we will have to assume it is a bog-standard electric fan oven.

If the circulating fan is coming on but the element isn't heating, the chances are that the element has failed.

Simple enough to replace. there are probably YouTube videos that show you what to do.
