DEFY electrologic 1300m drum keeps spinning?

Hi,

The main 5Amp fuse blew on my washing machine, I replaced the fuse but as soon as it gets power the drum constantly spins.

It does all cycles just fine, wash, rinse and spin, But it keeps spinning at a constant speed even when water is pumping in. Its constantly spinning when it is supposed to be still.

Can I please have some sort of advice as to what the problem may be?
