Yeah, Tech Tronics in Manchester, have a programming kit, very cheap and easy to do. Will overide whats going on at the mo (ie and immobolised vehicle) and allow you to reprogram remote controls back to your car. Try them.

Disconnect the yellow wire under centre consul, takes out immobiliser in the ignition path...no more probs
