The machine stopped half way through a spin and rinse and has not worked since. It powers up but drum doesn't turn and makes a groaning noise. Any advice appreciated thanks.
hi, we have a steady stream of water coming from a outlet below the entry i beleive, looks like there should be a cap on it, there is a red meshy looking cover but the water just continuously comes out

try the motor brushes these wear down & eventually they stop & create anoise

Check for bearing failure by seeing if there is any vertical movement between the moving stainless drum and the fixed outer drum. There should be no vertical movement between them - if there is the bearings have failed and will soon collapse.
