I had a problem with my starter motor recently which had to be changed, hence the battery being disconnected for a while. when the battery was reconnected the radio will not switch on for me to input the security code. I have disconnected the battery and reconnected it again but to no avail. Any ideas????
Assuming that you are trying to switch it on with the ignition key in the ON position?............Have you checked the fuse? .............Have you replaced all the wires back (tightly ) onto the battery terminals (and not knocked any off ?) ?.........If all OK then there the wiring will have to be checked/tested to the radio using a meter or test lamp.
