F03 is a very common problem with that mechanism.
It's usually due to a split in the motor coupling, it's a tiny plastic part hidden inside the worm gear on the loading motor.
Cost of part is a few pennys. Labour about 15-30 mins work.
However, the mechanism is precisely aligned to individual teeth on the gears. If you put the alignment out during replacement you will not be able to correct it without a service manual.
A simple repair for an engineer but now VCR's are cheap, may not be cost effective to have repaired. Repair cost about £40-£50.
