How can I unlock "DC595NWQ"?

Hi,
I have a video & DVD player LG model DC595NWQ , but it's locked and a red key mark appears on screen, I have the remote controller but I need your help to find out how to unlock it.

LG Video, DVD Players Unlock Video Locked

press power, stop, eject sanctimoniously, to unlock.
or open it up and find the mark of "L.L." on the main board or display board, to reset it.

find any LG remote control has the button of "L.L." click then unlock.

press on remote control REPEAT last 2 keys on remote control you will see the red key desapear
