water will not go away from at the hole in fridge?
can anyone help me I have tried bicarbe mixed with vinegar , boiling water, also the usual things like cotton buds and cocktail sticks, but it is still blocked so any other suggestions I would be greatfull/
Get a long piece of round power cord & push it down the hole until it comes out on to the drip tray at the back(usually on top of the compressor motor) If it wont go down it may be blocked with ice. Sometimes the water that has stuck in the drain pipe will freeze solid.

Is the tube from the back of the fridge a flexible one ? If so, take it off and see if your hole from the fridge to the outside is clear; if so the tube needs cleaning or replacing.
