zanussi oven and hob has stopped working?

my zanussi oven has stopped working. it doesn't have a timer on it. at first it was just the oven but now the right sides hob plates have gone as well. it's only 15months old but out of warranty. any ideas? the product no from the catalogue is Zanussi ZKS5010W1. all suggestions gratefully received!

where the wires connect in to the back of it,you need to check everything is connected and tight.YOU MUST TURN IT OFF BEFORE DOING THIS AT THE MAINS!
