concealed system/push button/ won,t flush?

have a concealed system [built in] smallish plastic system blue access panels top and front, right side water inlet, chrome finish plastic push button fits outside of cabinet, small plastic tube fits back of button/other end fits inside of system[ goood pressure from back of button] but does,nt flush ,can you help.
