i just replaced murray 42" riding mower deck belt, wont mow?

i just replace murray 42" riding mower deck belt, still will noT mow.....need advice.............please,please............................................HELP..............

Is it installed correct. Is the belt engagement manual? If it is engage the belt with the mower shut off and look under mower and make sure belt has enough tension.
