The Plumber has just come in and left unsightly holes in tiles?

have u got any spare tiles u could replace it if not get a sticker and cover it

See if you can buy a couple of stainless steel screws and fit with screw cap covers (as on car number plate screws) Might be able to colour paint caps to match tiles.
Chromed capped mirror screws might also work but as these will be mild steel and will rust fit chrome caps using a water proof mastic.
