Zanussi ZWX1605W does not reset?

There is power to the machine but when switched on the End of cycle light is flashing eleven times and then an interval and then flashes eleven times again. Have checked all wiring is in tact and pressed reset and pause button, checked the door, checked the filter and still cannot get it to set.
