My Candy Smart Activa washing machine would not spin out on final cycle either. Motor, capacitor and belt were fine so I checked out the pump for a blockage. Try taking out your machine and tilt it forward so as to get at the pump underneath - it's connected to the outlet hose. Turn off the water and unplug the machine. Then with a basin below the pump, I unclipped the inlet pipe (from the drum) at the pump end of the pipe. A sudden rush of about 250 ml of water carried out two coins. They were a 20 cent and a 5 cent and these were an almost exact fit so as to block the pump! Sorted! The repair cost nothing and I gained 25 cent for my trouble! Could be worth trying! God luck!
