Unable to remove pump cap from Bosch Maxx Lifestyle?

Thankyou, we managed to get the cap off... and it was jammed full of lint/grey stuff. Fantastic thankyou

Presume you mean filter cap. If it doesnt move at all is probably just tight. If moves a bit then jams is probably debris inside jamming it in this case tip machine back against wall at 45degs then rock cap back and forth it should move debris back and allow cap to open.
