i have the above weed-wacker---it's 1 yr old and have been pleased with it so far---problem i have now is the re-coil won't re-wind the rope--i took it apart and am down to the bolt/screw holding the front shaft into the part i need to get to--ie--the re-coil part----? is--this bolt/screw is stubborn---is it same size as the others---and does it remove counter-clockwise or clock-wise----thanks anybody that can help---
The bolt holding in the clutch cover is a torq not a allen wrench, also, when you get the cover off, you have to hold the motor in place with something (I used a Screwdriver) then in the direction of the "off" arrow, you have to use a punch or screwdriver/hammer combination to get the clutch off before you can get to the pull-cord assembly. You do not need to remove the springs from the clutch. It should be easy from there.
