how can i fix it?Fisher Paykel Smart drive 9(excellence 6.5)?

My washing machine won't rinse or spin at all,just get this little buzzing noise,won't drain not one single bit of water

Sounds like the pump is blocked with something small like a sock or something, I had this problem recently and the repairman fixed for 60. Just a matter of unblocking or unwrapping whatever is stuck around or in the pump.

blockage in drain pump as all machines now a days drain out 1st b4 they start anything blocking pump/filter will stop it spinin
