Mend homac 400 Shut Water Set

homac 400 won't shut off?

We have a new unit. Only had water through it. It will not shut off.
Can we set it in any way, is there a service agent in NZ

The chances are it's the non return valve not seating propperly if you can feel water returning back to the machine when you feel the discharge elbow or it's pulsing.

The Homac 400 is a cloned Saniflo machine made in China
