Mend Cuisinart CMW-200 Oven Working Completely

How to replace the fuse in a Cusinart toaster oven?

My Cusinart model CMW-200 has stoped working completely. I suspect a blown fuse but don't see any access panel in the unit exterior.
Any guidance in accessing the fuse would be appreciated.
