trying to find breville complaints department email address?

My Breville kettle was bought last May i.e 2015 has stopped working Feb 2016, therefore 9 months old. Cost £34. 99. Bought it in Currys Wrexham, took it back with receipt, not their problem take it up with Breville. what a joke

I finally found an email address and they were based somewhere in Lancashire. Customer Service skills was none existent- quite abrupt to the point of being rude, Breville as a company doesnt exist. It was bought by another company called Jarden . Mine was a 4 slice toaster, where after 12 months only one side of it worked (only 2 of the 4 slices would heat up). The toaster cost £35 . They just did not want to know, unless I paid them a further £23 and then they would replace it as a gesture of goodwill ???? Never ever again.The review wont allow me to leave the email address

I have purchased x2 of breville irons, both have set on fire after a couple of months!!!! Thereis a serious fault with these appliances which should be looked into before a very serious accident happens!!!!!!!

Breville is a joke, my iron went wrong within the 12 month warranty, the steam and self clean stopped working, so emailed them, no response! after 3 emails i finally got a reply stating they never received my first email, how convenient! then instead of replacing the iron, which cost me £50, they told me to flush it with lemon, so reluctantly i tried this, then i had an iron still with no steam and now smelling of burning lemon! great, so emailed to tell them and guess what, silence! Will write a letter of complaint now but will never buy Breville again, customer services is just non existent...

Breville dont do repairs. If your appliance develops a fault then you're on your own. When I rang the same phone number which is quoted above in response to every bad Breville experience, they just said 'try to find someone local in the yellow pages'. I cant really say that this is poor customer service. For customer service to be rated as poor it must exist in the first place! I will never ever buy Breville again and I will be telling everyone else who wants to know what my opinion of Breville is

You will all appreciate that Breville kit is not repairable in the UK. Just try ringing Pulse and you will just get "we don't repair it - we don't repair it - we don't repair it"
They are totally useless even with items that cost upwards of £50 - yes you guessed it - we don't repair it.
Take my advice DO NOT BUY BREVILLE ITEMS unless you want grief. Pulse are less use that a chocolate teapot.

I was given this kettle, new, as a gift last Christmas - Breville JK147 Blue Ice Kettle. It started leaking 3 months ago and often won't turn itself off the boil - so it has on occasion boiled itself dry.

The damaage as a result is that my entire wooden countertop has split apart from all the water.

The company are not prepared to do anything about it. It's dangerous and should be taken off the market.

I bought a breville kettle which like another person on here has had same problem water pours from the base of the kettle which is not only dangerous but has also cost me extra cost due to it pouring water all our my mobile phone from the leak. im mortified its not something which i thought would happen im in the process of today trying to find someone from breville to help and explain why they have such crap products and what i can or they can should i say do about it!

I brought a breville iron 5 week's ago was using it today then all of a sudden the auto light shut off light keept going off,the iron will not even get hot. When you put it on a colour code it goes back to the red which is stand by. Make the iron issuper stream extra +2200w.

I bought a breville iron from argos on the 17/01/09, got it home used it straight away filled it with water waited for it to change colour because it was a digital all i got was smoke. I took it back got a next one the same thing again started to fill with smoke!!! model no vin068. health and safety risk.ps could av been one of my children useing the iron

On my stainless steel Breville Kettle classique (ooh la la) the wires contacting the element are only sheathed in plastic, which has melted off, and it has gone open circuit due to wimpy spade connectors. It's a year old with light use. DON"T BUY BREVILLE.

I'm about to send back a Breville Kettle model no JK58, the water pours from the base of the kettle and is very dangerous. CServices took 10 mins to answer call whilst I was in a queue, costing me money!

kettle is performing fine, but the blue LED has failed (after one month of flickering) bad news if you like the cool blue light. Response from Breville (pulse UK email jrichardson@pulse-uk.co.uk) CS department pasted below:-

We are in receipt of your letter with reference to your Breville kettle.

It is regrettable that the illumination light has failed to function, unfortunately this is an LED which is part of the electronic circuit therefore not repairable, this failure is only cosmetic and does not affect the working of the kettle.

The only parts available are the filters at 3.00 each

We extend our apologies on behalf of Pulse Home Products for the problems you have experienced and any inconvenience caused to your goodself.

Hi Anita well I bought a Breville kettle model number jk73 lightining just before xmas, I am really dissapointed the kettle is a health and safety hazard i no longer have the reciept so cannot take it back to my local supermarket where I bought it from. The kettle lid does not fit correctly and pops open when boiling or pouring causing myself to nearly burn myself on manty occasions the kettle also boils with the lid open and nearly boiled dry, just wanted to say you are not on your own with Breville Thanks Sarah
