My mp3 says no file, how do i fix this?

i think i have over charged it and now my mp3 says no mp3 file and wont play music. Also the same with voice. please help. thanks

Same as me well mine says incorrect format reforma the player i have no idea what it means i think you have to wipe all the music off it and then put it back on but it hasnt worked for me good luck
