how can fix my treadmill sportcraft tx400?

my treadmill starts fine then it starts to slow down and dont pick up speed.

hi i work im a sports and deal mainly with keepfit and assemblies...is the machine old? make sure the fuse in the plug matches the machine requirements(read manual) make sure ur not turning the incline up instead of speed(sounds silly but happens) try give me some more info...
