Its very difficult indeed to replace a damaged board on a laminate floor - the tongue and grooves sit very tightly together and really have to be lifted upwards slightly to disengage them. I think the only real way is to start dismantling the floor from one end, and working inwards, unfortunately. Even then you expect some damage. Cutting any board out of the centre of a floor will always give an unsightly join...however coloured fillers are available if its the only way.
