Siemens Porsche Design Kettle the on / off switch appears not to be work?
My siemens porsche design kettle has stopped working , I have tested the base unit and it is ok . It appears that the actual switch mechanism on the top of the kettle is not working - can anyone advise ?
I had the same problem. It was the control unit on the base of the kettle part number #264733 available from Siemens Home Appliances. http://www.siemens-eshop.com or 0844 8928921. They've very helpful and parts usually arrive next day. Cost £13 plus postage and only takes five mins to replace.
