I have a Renault Megane Classic 2003 and both back passenger windows have stopped working to the point that when I drive they fall down and I have to stuff things in the gaps to stop them. The motor for the window still sounds as if it is working. I need to know what is wrong to buy the parts as in Malta they rip you off.
One of the passenger doors has also ceased to open. It is jammed closed and nothing seems to open it.
Gaz Jones, will that be same case if it's the front passenge window gone down and wont come back up - yet i can hear the motor but window not moving? and how do i get the door cover off the bl**dy door?????

You need to take off the door card to get access to the glass of the window. At the bottom of the glass there will be a small hole where a plastic wedge should go through. All that has happened is the wedge from the motor has come out of the window. Slot it through again and it should all be working as normal.
