Have the same problem on mine, boiler fires up at 6.30 in the morning then 7 mins later the noise starts.
suspected at first the fan flue (see previous reply).
however as the noise always starts 7 mins after boiler firing i can only assume its something to do with trhe modulation of the burner flame. hope this helps.
