How can I make my Bissell Proheat 2x Turbo pick up water?

Hi, please can you tell me which bag/bladder i need as I have a Bissell Proheat 2x Turbo and notice you have 2 different ones listed. Please can you also advise as my cleaner isnt sucking/picking up the water after shampooing and turning the dial to rinse, as the fresh/clean water is remaining in the bag/bladder. Thanks Simon

Bissel must be kinda cr*ppy mine has same problem maybe if we bash them enough they'll give us new ones.
