I need help fixing my Bissell Proheat PowerSteamer Platinum 11?

It does not throw the liquid in the carpet

I WORK FOR A VACUUM REPAIR STORE, AND WE SEE MORE OF THE PROHEATS THAN ANYOTHER MACHINE, THEY ARE JUNK, AND AFTER READING MANY AND MANY BAD REVIEWS, IM NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO ARGUEING WITH CUSTOMERS OVER REPAIRS. I WISH I CAN JUST TELL PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE GARBAGE AND DONT BOTHER WITH REPAIRS. NOT COMPANY POLICY. BETTER OFF JUSTING BUYIN ANOTHER BETTER MACHINE.

I don't know exactly what your problem is, but I found out throught the Internet search and a vacuum repair man that Bissell Proheat steamers are known for breaking down easily because of hair and other things they sucked up. Repair man said that you need to vacuum very thoroughly before you use the steamer or it won't last. Opinions on the Internet say their Bissell steamer quit after a few uses and after the pump is repaired, it quit again after a few uses. I won't buy this steamer again.
