How do you increase the pressure on Potterton Puma 80 Boiler?

After bleeding my radiators as a few of them were cold at the top, the water pressure on my boiler has dropped into the red area! It only has about 0.5bar of pressure, and drops to 0 if my heating is switched down for a few hours. Before i bled them the water pressure was around 1 bar before the heating was called for! Please help!

Thanks for your help Charlie but there doesnt seem to be a black tap or any other sort of tap apart from the Blue and Red for the flow and return of the central heating!
However i think i have found the main water inlet and tried turning the valves to open them!
The water pressure however has not increased. Should there be any sort of process i should use to increase it like having the water running or the hot water/ central heating on?
Hopefully i can get this running properly before it gets even colder here!
Thanks
Richard

I have the same boiler. On one of the pipes below the boiler there should be a small black tap. Opening this lets water flow into the central heating system from the mains water, increasing the pressure (you'll see the guage go up as you open it). After topping up you might find the pressure goes down a little again, so just top up a bit more until it stays at 1 bar. Hope this helps.
