Bissell turbo proheat carpet cleaner?

My Bissell proheat upright steam cleaner seems plugged. The water will not come out to clean.
Please, if you can, ...HELP! I need to learn how to open up the water flow but not sure Where or How !

I had the EXACT same problem. I bought the same carpet cleaner and after using it for about a year and a half, the water stopped dispensing. I liked it when it worked, so I bought ANOTHER one about 3 or 4 months ago and only used it a few times. Guess what? Today I tried using it and THAT one now isn't dispensing water. What gives with these machines? Bissell... please help us!!!!!!!!!!!!
