Brentwood Oiled Fired Furnace Buzzes but won't start?

Hello, my burner on this furnace says ABC Oil Burner, when turned on it just buzzes, the power is getting to the transformer and the igniters has a spark between them but motor will not come on. I unhook the motor from the rest of the furnace and put a plug on it and plug it into the electric socket and the motor turns over just fine, so the motor do not appear to be burned out. The reset switch do not work, I have 115 volts at the furnance. Thanks for any help anyone can give.
