why is my ford fiesta finesse only blowing cold air from heater?

I have a y reg fiesta.

I have noticed a clunking noise from behine the pedals when I pull away from stationary position. The car drives fina apart from this.

The usual problem is a defective heater control valve.
Located in the heater pipes at the bulkhead.

First check that ur coolant level is top up when cold, run the engine until at running tempter at this point take hold of top and then the bottom radiator hose they shooed be about the same temp if not it may be ur thermostat jammed open or ur coolant is not circulation properly, and u may have a blockage in ur heater- max
